Phenotypic screening is fast becoming a method of choice for identifying novel drug targets and for establishing genotype-to-phenotype relationships. In October 2017, Functional High Throughput Technologies Australia brings you a two-day workshop on the basics of High-Content Screening and Image Analysis to help you set up your own phenotypic screen. Learn about multiparametric analysis and principles of machine learning and how to apply them to quantify complex phenotypes both in 2D and 3D cell-based models. In addition to the hands-on sessions led by experts in the field, we will provide comprehensive introductions to RNAi, CRISPR, and compound screening.
Date October 23-24, 2017
